Besides maintaining our corporate identity, we manage both this corporate website and internal communications. We also look after our business's intranet site, corporate publications and videos, advertising and the company's image library. Beyond that, we develop and implement the communications strategy, and ensure a consistent degree of clarity and transparency in all our internal communications with employees.

Not only do we manage all of our relationships with key media audiences, we also work to promote the strength of our business, build confidence in the R&D pipeline, and position us as a leader in global healthcare solutions. In addition, we ensure a robust, credible and timely response to any issues with the potential to impact on our corporate reputation.
Global community partnerships
Working in active partnership with not-for-profit organisations, we direct our charitable programmes to improve the quality of life for people in both the developed and developing world. In doing so, we are tackling some of the greatest challenges facing society, including malaria and lymphatic filariasis as well as HIV and AIDS.

Accountable for product news flow, we work closely with corporate media and investor relations, to communicate pipeline product updates to analysts, investors and the media. We also help to ensure global and regional PR efforts are fully in line with corporate requirements and delivering consistent messages.
