Introduction

GMS leads the rapid commercialisation of GSK products, allowing team members to take a proactive, hands-on approach to shaping the world around them. Working in conjunction with other parts of the business, we ensure the smooth and rapid transition of newly developed products into full-scale manufacture. By using a variety of processes and the latest efficient technology, our global network is able to deliver four billion packs of medicines and healthcare products every single year.

Programme structure

By joining the 3 year GMS Technical Development Programme you will have the opportunity to make a significant change to lives around the world, whilst enjoying some of the healthiest career prospects in the industry.

The programme involves three different rotations across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, with potential opportunities overseas. The rotations will be agreed according to business and personal development needs. At the end of the programme, if you have delivered to the standards that we expect, you will be supported into a role within the business.

Training and development

To support you throughout our challenging Graduate Scheme you progress through a structured development programme involving both core training and a personally tailored training plan. You are allocated an individual budget to fund your personal development. To help you settle in to our Graduate Programme you will be supported by a current graduate buddy. 英国-中国毕业生项目现定位为一个三年的发展培训项目，在这三年中，你将有三个工作轮调。 第一个工作轮调将是在英国，通过日常工作及为你量身定做的学习和发展计划，你不仅会学习到你所在职位上的重要技能，也会加深你对葛兰素史克公司的认识。第二、三个轮调你将会在我们三个成功运营的中国生产基地中间的两个基地工作，其中两个生产基地位于天津，另一个在苏州。

在项目期间，通过在不同的生产基地工作，你会学习适应不同的文化和工作环境，同时不断应用和进一步发展你的技能。当你成功完成这三年的培训计划之后，你将在三个中国生产基地之一得到一个永久职位。

候选人要求

为了能实施我们技术发展项目的全球化，你必须具备

• 科学或工程学科学位，成绩2:1或以上
• 流利的英语及普通话
• 能够并且愿意回中国工作
• 能够从2012年9月以后在英国合法工作两年
• 能够在中国合法工作

同时，最好你还具备以下条件 ，

• 在英国的大学取得一个于医药业有关的学位
• 中国文化的认知和了解

分析化学家在每一个葛兰素史克的生产基地都起着核心的作用。化学分析家帮助我们时刻保证产品达到质量和安全标准，同时他们也为我们生产，流程控制及产品发货提供支持。

作为葛兰素史克全球制造与供应部门（GMS）的分析化学家，你可能涉及的工作会包括

• 跨多个剂型的新分析方法的开发和验证
• 方法优化-作为厂内开发项目，或流程理解及控制（PUCC）的一部份，确认和实施解决方案，已提高质检实验室现有的方法
• 疑难解答-使用精益和六西格玛原则，以及你的技术知识，来识别和解决多元化生产流程的技术问题
• 优先级的分析调查以支持生产流程中的意外事件
• 为法规监管部门提供分析支持，例如证明药典方法是等效的
• 分析技术的转移以支持新产品到/离开现生产基地或第三方制造商
