Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS) is GSK’s in-house manufacturing and supply organisation.

We provide patients and customers with a secure supply of quality pharmaceutical products including antibiotics, cephalosporins, penicillins, API, amoxiclav (amoxicillin clavulanic acid), cefuroxime, ceftazidime, 6-APA and potassium clavulanate.

We have more than five years’ experience as a long-term contract manufacturing partner in antibiotics, providing customers with:

• Dedicated, state of the art facilities
• High volume manufacture of penicillins and cephalosporins from actives through bulk and finished product supply, including sterile aseptic contract filling of cephalosporins
• Product formulation and development (with R&D)
• New product introduction support
• Regulatory support for filing
• Project management of source change

We offer our customers:

• The capability to manufacture both penicillins and cephalosporins – orals and steriles - in dedicated, state of the art facilities designed for high volume high quality manufacture. Our antibiotics sites are located in Europe and Singapore and are FDA, European or Worldwide licensed
• All stages of manufacture - actives, bulk vials or finished product - through to bulk supply and including sterile aseptic contract filling of cephalosporins.  We can provide flexible support to meet our customers’ needs
• Formulation for new antibiotics, or generic development of products, working with GSK R&D
• Resources to support new product introduction, including stability testing, filing and other regulatory documentation
