GSK achieves new CommunityMark

Our work with communities has been recognised by Business in the Community (BITC) with a CommunityMark following an independent rigorous review. Given to organisations for long-term, high-level commitment to community investment, GSK is the first manufacturing company to receive the award.

What is the CommunityMark?

The CommunityMark is the newest BITC initiative and creates an industry standard providing recognition to organisations for outstanding investment in the community. It is the only award of its type in the UK and is fully endorsed by the government and voluntary sector leaders. The aim of the CommunityMark is to improve the impact that community investment has on business and society.

How did we achieve it?
