Polish Association of Christian Rural Organisations
The Polish Association of Christian Rural Organisations (PACRO) promotes social and economic initiatives in rural areas of Poland. These areas suffer from high levels of poverty and unemployment.
We support their brand new initiative which addresses the growing problem of social exclusion for children living in these rural areas. The programme aims to reduce social exclusion and equalise opportunities for these children. They participate in specially designed activities at after school clubs, which promote good physical and mental health. The clubs concentrate on relevant skills that they will need in the rural environment including rural safety and eating healthily.
